Sendflex Parcel TMS Included In Gartner’s 2024 Market Guide for Multi-carrier Parcel Management

For the second year in a row, Sendflex Technologies, Inc., a recognized leader in parcel TMS technology, was included in the latest Gartner® Market Guide for Multi-carrier Management.

Sendflex parcel TMS is a cloud-native, microservices platform that reduces time to benefit and cost of ownership by providing shippers with the controls they need to configure business rules related to carrier service selection, cartonization, and customer preferences during digital storefront, order allocation, fulfillment and shipping processes. Our in-platform optimization engine processes 20,000+ rates, times in transit, and optimization instructions per second, opening the door to high-speed “What if” simulations and planning upstream from shipping execution.

All these capabilities and more are highlighted in the guide.

“We are very pleased and grateful for Gartner to take the time to carefully evaluate Sendflex’s innovations,” said Bob Malley, CEO, Sendflex. “They provide a great service to participants in our industry.”

Not included in the Guide were Sendflex’s recent releases of its Community Management modules (enables 3PLs to manage sub-tenants) and custom label, forms, and document designer.
